A FAMILY COMPANY WITH TRADITION AND HISTORY

Our company history goes back nearly 80 years! The company tradition began with the production of the typical Westphalia speciality „Omas Eisbeinsülze“ (grandmother’s jellied pork hock). Today we still use the knowledge from the manual techniques of meat production and, as a medium-sized enterprise, produce modern goods. Experience, professional knowledge, proven recipes, high quality ingredients, motivated employees and modern processing technology are the basis of our products.

Distribution and sales structure

Just as our firm has changed and developed since its foundation, so have our sales and distribution activities been adapted to the new market and customer structures. Today we deliver to the German and European markets. Our customers are food retailers, specialist wholesalers, cash + carry operations, major consumers and the food processing industry. We produce proven and tested meat products, organic items, convenience products and toppings of pork meat and poultry.
